I began training at a local dance studio when I was 7. During my time there I performed in local dance competitions shows and was a ensemble dancer in professional pantomime Snow White at Redditch palace theatre with singer Helena Blackman and soap star Stefan Booth.


At 16 I successfully auditioned, and began my professional training at Phil Winstons Theatreworks. Whilst training here I had many great performance opportunities including, 5 shows at the grand theatre in Blackpool, special performance at the IDTA’s ‘MISS DANCE’, dancer at the Carl Allen awards and performance at The British freestyle championships. I was also fortunate enough to have a number of nominations, throughout my time in training, for the IDTAs theatre dance awards. I then graduated in 2015 with my associate teaching qualifications and a Diploma in Dance & Musical Theatre.

Teaching has always been on the cards for me as I find I have a real passion for it. I recently took over my old dance school where I used to train as a child. I brought the school with 55 students and have now built to over 90. I am so proud of the students taking the School from strength to strength. I am loving the teaching side of dance. It fills me with such pride and joy to see pupils achieve, grow and find themselves through dance and I can not wait to pass on my knowledge and see what the future holds for Finesse.
